How it Works
Consultation
To start transforming your lips, we'll have a thorough session during which we will discuss your Lip Blush goals, such as how strong of a color you want and how you'd like your lips to look. We'll also discuss any preferences you may have to make sure the result is what you want.
Design and Customization
Our Lip Blush process starts with careful planning and design so that it fits your face perfectly. We use a precise method to define the natural shape of your lips and choose a color that compliments your skin tone and brings out your natural beauty.
Procedure
Our skilled artist carefully puts on the color layer by layer, ensuring it is even and precise. You'll leave with beautiful lips that make you feel confident.
Aftercare
Ensure long-lasting results with our expert aftercare tips. Keep your lips hydrated and sheltered from the sun to preserve the vibrancy of your blush. Avoid abrasive products and excessive moisture to extend the lifespan of your procedure.
Use Protective Balm to keep the treated area moisturized for the
next 6 weeks. If the skin begins scabbing or flaking, do not pick or
remove. Avoid salty and spicy foods for the next 5-7 days, and use
a straw when drinking liquids. Avoid getting toothpaste on the lip
area, and rinse mouth using a straw to avoid getting the area wet.
No smoking.
Days 1-2
Swelling, tender, heavy/thick lipstick look with a reddish brick color
effect and slight metallic flavor. Sleep with your head elevated the
first 2 nights to help reduce swelling.
Days 3-6
Less swelling, thicker texture, sore, hot feeling before exfoliation
with an orange color effect. Exfoliation begins, very chapped lips.
DO NOT pick at it. A soft, rich color begins to appear.
Days 21+ (Weeks 4-6)
Healing complete! Your lips will remain a bit dry for a month or
two, use a good lip balm and they will return to normal, but with full
color! After area is fully healed, keep area protected with a
chapstick with SPF of 15 or greater to maintain color. Depending
on your skin type, environmental factors, and body chemistry, a
second procedure may be needed to achieve the desired results.
I understand that a person with a history of cold sores and/or fever
blisters are at risk for an outbreak as a result of the Permanent /
Paramedical Cosmetics procedure that I have requested to be
performed. I take full responsibility for any outbreaks that may
occur as a result of my Permanent / Paramedical Cosmetics
procedure.
